Yes, I have a Rivarossi 2197. Granted it's about 25 years old. I've
swapped out all the wheels that I could, because they had the old "huge"
flanges; but it runs good and it pulls a ton. And since I remotored it,
it runs great as a pusher behind a string of hoppers. Like mentioned
before, it's kinda plain jane out of the box, but with some extra "love"
it looks pretty good. The newer release of Rivarossi's Y's runs super,
straight out of the box. Again, no extra bells and whistles, but a nice
start to a project.

Rivarossi MADE 2197, I have one. Its not a bells and whistles loco, is
not DCC ready (I am not yet running DCC as my layout is still in the
serious construction phases) but its a good looking and nice running
locomotive. I got it at a sale still in original packaging for slightly
more than $100. I don't know if Rivarossi still MAKES the Y6b, but I see
them on eBay a lot.
