As noted before try to use Wahl chipper oil on the track and spin the 
drivers a bit to get some nice positive contact, some need to have a 
bachmann aux tender wired into the tender to increase popser pickup. 2 of my 
A's have no p;ower pickup at all in the locomotive!!
