I modified an Athern car to match one of these.  Is it exact?  I won't say 
yes, but it does give the feel of it.  The bracing on the sides is slightly 
different and you will need to shave some of them off and then rebuild them 
using Evergreen styrene.  Otherwise, I think it is a very convincing model 
to do.  Sorry, I don't the answer for the paint.
