H-21a 4 Bay Hopper cars

Oh no, Tony! Nigel is mistaken. None of the PRR hoppers were painted 
black. N&W merely relettered them, keeping the Pennsy red paint. I know. 
I was there in Bluefield when they were leased. The Bowser car is
