BLI A-tank

Bachmann produced an "A" tank based on the L&N one used in excursion many 
years ago that was to go with their first production "J". The latest release in 
hte last 2-3 years is based on the original N&W  "A" tanks. It came out about 
the same time as the RESIN kit handled by The Commissary.
