New Arrow

Christmas came early this year.  Got the new Arrow. 
Read Bob Chapman's hopper upgrade article, a review of
the newer LL 2-8-8-2, and an article on improving the
much-maligned Rivarrossi Y6b.  And we got more
information on the N&W and VGN electrification. 
Thanks guys.  Yeah Greeve, I missed you.  Hope you're
better.
