According to "The Norfolk & Western Handbook" written by esteemed expert
Aubrey Wiley (you can send me money later for the plug, my friend), the R
and R-1 class steamers were 0-6-0 but date back to the 1880's or
thereabouts. However there are no photos in his book of such....
