Proto 2000 Y3 question

  I too am looking for parts for a couple of Proto2000 locomotives, Y3 and 2-8-4. Since Walthers take over of Lifelike and whatever you would call it for Rivarossi you can't get parts. Walthers tells you to Call the number for Lifelike but when I did they told me due to the Walthers purchase they don't have them. I am even starting to see the same thing with Athearn since they were bought by Horizon. I know business is business but folks who have existing products who needs parts should be readily available still. I hope things will get back on track soon with them.
