This is one of those subjects that gets debated every couple months with no real closure, since it is pretty subjective, anyway, with sun color fade and film color shift, and memory fade....
Anyway, I think of the N&W steam era passenger tuscan as more of a red-tuscan,
and the Pennsy's as more of a brown-tuscan. The N&W tuscan has somewhat of a "tomato soup" color to it, IMHO.
