N&W "J" color scheme

I'm having a brass N&W "J" painted and would like to determine the  
exact colors to use. I think the stripe is Tuscan Red, but am not  
sure about the yellow or gold thinner stripe or the exact lettering/ 
numbering color. Can anyone advise what to use (and which manufacturer)?
