Atlas RS-3's are incorrect?

Hi Ken;

Stewart made a RS-3 phIII flat kit, but it has issues too. Per Jim Six; the
Hobbytown RS3 has the best cab, with the Roundhouse (Athearn now) being a
close second. For best results, you need to have all four (Atlas, Athearn,
Hobbytown and Stewart) plus assorted detail parts (Cal-Scale, etc) on hand
with a series of good pictures to match. Also keep in mind that whenever
the locomotive was shopped, it came out looking a little different.

You may want to join the Diesel Modelers List on Yahoo, and search the
archives for RS3 / RS-3 information.
