Blue Ridge Depot

The wooden depot at Blue Ridge, VA has an elevated platform for freight,
which looks to be at the height of the floor of a boxcar.  The depot sits
fairly close to the westbound mainline track, but apparently not as close as
a passenger platform might be located.  Does anyone know how far back from
the track the freight platform would be located?  I think there is also one
on the other side of the depot with a siding running past it.  Would the
siding also be the same distance from the platform?
