HELP!! Need Brass engine mechanic

Mark - W-2s didn't have Baker-Pilliod valve gear. It's Baker valve gear
with the combination lever hung from the bell crank.
The only N&W engines, AFAIK, to have Baker-Pilliod valve gear were the E-2
Pacifics as built; they were shortly (probably in the mid-teens) converted
to Baker valve gear configured like that on the W-2.
Sorry I can't help you with the other problem . . .
