BLI H-2a Hoppers

Have the deficiencies in this model, as noted in the "Upgrading the BLI H-2a Hopper" articles that appeared in the 12/05 issue of The Arrow and the 01/06 issue of Mainline Modeler, been corrected in later production runs by BLI?  Thanks.
