USRA to S1a

Subject: USRA to S1a

If I wanted to take my proto USRA 0-8-0 and make it closely resemble a S1/S1a what all would I have to do? 

List so far-
1. Center the headlight.
2. Mount the bell on front.
3. Add another air compressor??
4. Adjust the tender.

The tender is the main concern. Any suggestions?
Anything else I am missing on this list?
