E-3 & K-3 Re: HO Brass radius

Neither the E-3 nor the K-3 models (both Samhongsa) will do tight radius curves (under 28"). The trailing trucks on both hit the frame. 

Not sure what the time frame that is desired, but the K-3 left N&W during WWII ('43 or '44) and the E-3 right after ('46?).
