"Kenneth,
N&W did not have any 0-6-0. "

Dr. Larry,
You need to look at pages 136 & 137 of R.E. Prince's book "Norfolk & Western Railway - Pocahontas Coal Carrier". There you will see pictures of three N&W 0-6-0 switchers.
The text notes that in 1885 the Roanoke Machine Works built three (#129 - 131) later designated as Class R. In 1893 six more were built by RMW (#395 - 400 later renumbered #92 -97).
In 1890 six Class P 0-6-0's (#132 - 137) were delivered from Baldwin with four more delivered in 1890 (#141- 144). In 1888 three were built by Rogers as Class S (#138 -140).
