Hopper leasing?

[NW Modeling List]

During December's archives work session, we found information on N&W’s
H21 70-ton hoppers that were
leased from PRR.  They were minimally repainted and retained their PRR numbers.  We found only one photo of an H21.  I'm sure others can fill in more details

Did the N&W lease hoppers from the Pennsylvania? Where would I find information on that?
