Homasote VS Pink foam

Hi Modelers,

 

                Thank you for the replies.  So far by reading the replies it
looks like nobody uses Hoamsote any longer.  Nigel wanted to know where I'm
buying the pink foam here in So. California.  Some of the Home Depot's carry
it but not all; use the store locater on their website to find which stores
have it in stock.  I'm modeling a business park, so the "table top" will be
mostly flat; I couldn't figure out how to fit the Winston-Salem District in
a 10.5 X 12.4 bedroom.  Since it looks like I'll use the foam, I'll glue the
code 70 Shinohara track down. 

 

                Thank you James Wall for the advice on the Bullfrog turnout
controllers.  Sounds like the way to go.
