[NW Modeling List]

Steve and Jimmy: I have my Buchanan County PS 10-6 Pullman sitting in front of my computer screen. When compared to Jimmy's photo my car looks much more brown than Jimmy's car. I think it is the light under which the photo was taken. Overall, I am very well pleased with the two PS 10-6's I have. They are  beautiful cars. And as required, the 10-6's are painted and lettered in PRR style and PRR Tuscan. All three cars were purchased to ride in PRR pool service. My greatest remembrance of these cars  was seeing them on trains 21 and 22, The Cannonballs, between Norfolk and Richmond.  These trains were hauled by Streamlined K2's. Depending on the day of the week their consists would include a K2, ACL mail storage car, one or two heavyweight coaches, one to three either N&W, RF&P or PRR 10-6 Pullmans and a heavyweight diner- lounge. I purchased the model of the K2  in order to build a model of the "Cannonball". For the time being my two 10-6's will have to ride on "The Pocahontas".  Harold

When compared to the Sunset McDowell car it is a perfect match. Stephen Rineair 
  Steve,
 I'm going to call your bluff. Below in this order is the GGD Pullman, the Overland O Scale Arrow Coach, the Overland O Scale Arrow Set and the Overland HO Scale Set. Doesn't look like much difference between the O scale cars. The HO set is a different matter. Personally, I have no problem with any of them and I don't think either of them are anywhere close to being brown.
