Paint color

Testers "Blue Angel Blue" is a very good match for the N&W Pevler Blue. Of
course, the N&W blue started fading before it finished drying, LOL.

Here is a photo of the Testers Blue Angel Blue on the styrene next to a
freshly painted handrail from a N&W GP-9. The handrail was painted with the
actual dulux enamel N&W blue many years ago.
