HO Scale Phase III RS-3

[NW Modeling List]

Steve; I have no input into the project or knowledge where/who they are
getting their info from.  Since Matt Herman left Bowser for LokSound I
don't know who their R&D person(s) might be.  Personally, I'd prefer the
'as delivered" scheme but we all have our own different interests.
