Note that a pair of peaked heap shields can be scratchbuilt from scraps of .020" styrene sheet bordered along the top by edging of .010" x .040" styrene strip in considerably less time than it takes to create an order to Westerfield, shop them on eBay, or acquire a 3D-printed part. If you're not a modeler up to now, this is a great starter project.
