I haven't been reading every post in this thread, but it seems many are suggesting the Athearn Genesis GP9's in N&W tuscan and blue are sold out. While they may be at Athearn, there are still stores, both online and brick and mortar, who have them for sale.
For what it's worth, I think a quick sell out is a good thing in a way, because it will show Athearn there is demand for more. Perhaps the second run of Redbirds will be phase II, as they were all phase III this time. Blue was offered in phase II and III.
