Update on the Springmill Depot preorder of N&W Caboose

[NW Modeling List]

I have dealt with the Chinese, Japanese and Koreans in the electronics 
business for 30 years.  I know nothing ever comes as timely as 
promoted.  But hope bounds when paying up front. Patience must follow 
when delays inevitably prevail, but being 4th in line for production may 
mean 2020 before they get here.
