Converting Broadway Y6b to Y6a ... how easy?

Y6 and Y6a both had slant stacks as built. Only the size changed later. The slant stack was necessary to clear the front end throttle.

I used the old AHM Y6bs to convert them to the Y4 through Y6a classes. Other than what you have mentioned, you will also have to decide if you want to
change the smoke stack as it is wrong for the Y6a. The Y6b has a forward slanted smoke stack and the other classes do not.
