Rapido H16-44 Pre-Order Info

[NW Modeling List]

 For N&W H16-44's, there is no "as delivered" scheme, since they were all acquired used by merger. The ex-Vgn units were originally repainted black with the script herald. The Pevlet blue is a later repaint. (1965 or later)

The locomotives that came from the Virginian-N&W merger in 1959, were first painted in black with yellow gothic lettering.

Is the Pevler Blue the "as delivered" scheme or were they delivered before the Pevler Blue period?

  Our society will offer a pre-order of the Rapido H16-44  locomotive in HO scale. Obviously, our primary focus will be locomotives in the Virginian and N&W (Pevler Blue) schemes.
