Bowser Hopper Decals

Tom,

I can't speak to the lack of correctly sized numbers for the ends; that is
an issue you will need to address with the modeling committee.

As to decal application, I first spray a clear gloss coat and let it dry; I
then apply the decals and use decal solvent to soften and snuggle the
decals to the surface; sometimes, after the solvent has dried there may be
"silvering" or small areas where the decal has not completely adhered to
the surface; I will poke the decal with a pin in various locations and
apply more decal solvent; I do this until I am satisfied with the result; I
then apply another coat of clear gloss coat over the decals; once this had
dried I then apply my clear flat finish. Hope this helps.
