Decoder question

Hi,

I highly recommend TCS's newer high base speakers.  They are the first ones
i have seen that actually make some bass.  If you use the heavy steam
sound, and close up the speakers nicely it makes the best bass i have ever
seen in a ho model.  I actually saw my static grass move from it!  You need
two in series since they are 4 ohms each.  In theory one might fit where
the smoke machine is/was and there are extra pins in the BLI connector
(Possibly) to sent the sound up the locomotive.

Has anyone made a circuit to translate the BLI magnet (which rotates way to
fast for the TCS) to a 4 per axle revolution signal?  It would be a counter
circuit, but I did not sit there and count out how many pulses would need
to trigger the signal to the decoder.
