I assume you are talking about this photo:

If so, that is the 1917 photo, so long before the green and white era.

The trim was a brownish red trim, see current photos of the Matewan recreation with a creamy pale yellow color for the rest. Roof, I’d assume is the same as the trim color.


Those colors were carefully matched to samples acquired many years ago by Tim Hensley.
