All of N&W freight GP9 locomotives were delivered in black.
The first order of passenger GP9s were also delivered in black, and were
repainted.
Note: the N&W passenger GP9's had GP20 like fuel tank and air tanks (I
believe that the 1st order was modified at repainting to this, but Jim
Nichols should verify).
