[NW Modeling List]

P2K only made N&W Class Y-3 2-8-8-2s. The front of the cab is straight and not slanted like later Y classes.

<!----> About 2002, my son purchased a Proto 2000 Heritage loco.  Information on the box states it is a Norfolk & Western, Cab #2005, 2-8-8-2 Steam Locomotive and Tender.  The loco appears to me to be a Y6b, but I am not familiar enough to know for sure.  Is anybody familiar enough with this loco they can identify the class for me or can anyone describe details I should look for that will help me identify the class?
