E-2a repowering suggestions needed

As Matt mentioned.   40:1 gearing with the SF-266-SA motor will result in
35-40 mph at 12V, 55-60 mph at 18V.  This is a good speed range for an E2a
after WWII in branch line and mixed service.  For earlier times (before the
E3 locomotives came from the PRR) a bit higher speed would be desirable.
