Rivarossi driver diameter wasRe: BLI Y-6 wishes

The Rivarossi model dates from the late 50s early 60s.  Back then grossly
oversized flanges were common,  especially on European models.  In addition
models need a bit more clearance between wheels than the real thing.
 Rivarossi kept the wheelbase more less scale, and the outer diameter
including the flange pretty close,  which resulted in ~50" drivers.  Later
they improved things a bit with smaller flanges resulting in ~54" drivers.

On HO scale models of steam locomotives, NMRA recommended flanges,  a
choice has to be made between correct driver diameter and correct
wheelbase.   All models are compromised to some extent.
