Cooper Building Pemberton WV

[NW Modeling List]

So I found the full set of drawings of the Cooper Building in Pemberton, WV.  I thought I might try to build a model of it.Could someone tell me what it was?  Did they build barrels or was some other purpose of it.  It has weather board.  What was the color?Thanks loads,Mike Shockley
