Accurail custom decorated cars

[NW Modeling List]

Former VGN car H15.  Built in 1953, about 1800 were built before the
merger, started to be taken out of service in 1972, in 1976 five were used
as test cars for ballast control experiments, there were less than 1000
left in service in 1976 with most gone by 1983.  If I read Dow correctly.
