[DesignII] Simulating existing columns

Dear sir,

I would like to know the following while simulating the existing columns

1. The parameters to be matched with actual values? Draw off temperatures, yields, product quality etc.
2. Is there any method available on how to simulate the column?
3. How to interpret the complete output including tolerance?
4. While designing a new atmospheric crude distillation column, initially how many stages in each section are to be considered? What level of heat recovery in pump around streams are to be assumed? How many pump arounds are to be considered?
