[DesignII] Version 8.50 of DESIGN II for Windows

I also forgot a couple of more items:
6. Added support for internal streams in the Distillation column 
    condenser, heater and reboiler dialogs
7. Changed the default water option in Peng-Robinson thermo
    from miscible to immiscible
8. Added dialogs for the Depressurizer unit module

We are still on track for a September 2002 release.
