[DesignII] Version 12.03 of DESIGN II for Windows

This email is to notify you that version 12.03 of DESIGN II
for Windows is now available on our website at
    www.winsim.com/download.html .

This is a release of DESIGN II for Windows.  This new
release has the following changes:
1. Added support for solid heat capacity and solid density
    curves in the pure component data file, compdata.txt.
    Converted carbon, component id number 64, from a modified
    ideal gas to a solid.  Also added support for melting
    point and heat of fusion data.
2. Updated the isothermal, adiabatic and isentropic flash to
    handle solids as a fourth phase
3. Added support for solid carbon to the equilibrium reactor
    for partial or complete oxidation
4. Added a solid phase column to each of the four component
    tables in the detailed stream print: molar flowrate, mass
    flowrate, actual volumetric flowrate and standard
    volumetric flowrate
5. Fixed calculation of the nozzle sizes in the Separator
    unit module sizing
6. Fixed a problem with mutiple line modules in a flowsheet
    where some of the line modules specified pressure drop due
    to acceleration calculated and some line modules did not
7. Fixed the Excel sheets being out of order for XLSX files
    after an Excel Results Transfer due to an improper
    template file
8. Miscellaneous small enhancements and fixes (see release
    notes  www.winsim.com/media/relnotes.chm  )

If you are on MSS or a Program Usage Agreement, then please
download the new version.

Please note that we have a web-based tutorial for DESIGN II

Please note that the Password algorithm was changed for the
12.00 release.	Your new password should have been emailed
to the contact person for your account.  If you need a new
password, please contact support at winsim.com with your serial
number for your new password if you are on MSS or a Usage
agreement.

Please note that all of the serial numbers have been changed
to email addresses for 12.00 release. The old ABC12345 type
serial numbers will no longer be used.

You may testdrive the new release by downloading it (80 MB)
from our website and installing it.  Run DESIGN II for
Windows and a dialog will come up with your Computer ID and
ask you for a Serial Number and Password.  You can get a
Serial Number and Password emailed to you from
    www.winsim.com/gen2wkps.html
on a 24 hour a day, 7 days a week basis.
