[DesignII] Version 16.01 of DESIGN II for Windows

This email is to notify you that version 16.01 of DESIGN II for Windows 
is now available on our website at www.winsim.com/download.html .

The new features and fixes are:
1. Added the Excel file type .xlsm to the Excel data transfer to and 
from spreadsheet repeat manager dialogs
2. Added freeze point calculation data for mixtures of water, MEA, DEA, 
TEA, MDEA, DIPA, Piperazine, DGA, and DMPEG to the solid flash
3. Fixed the Solid Flash On / Off checkbox on the Advanced 
Thermodynamics tab of the Thermodynamics dialog
4. Found that the vapor fraction was not always being calculated 
properly in the general flash when called with the number of phases set 
to one
5. Added input range tests to the cubic equation of state root 
calculation function with error notification of out of range conditions
6. Fixed the Wegstein accelerated streams to be reset to input 
conditions when there was zero flow through them
7. Fixed the 98+% water flash in the preliminary four phase flash to 
reset all conditions to the already converged state if the rigourous 
four phase flash fails to converge
8. Miscellaneous small enhancements and fixes (see release notes 
www.winsim.com/media/relnotes.html )

If you are on MSS or a Program Usage Agreement, then please download the 
new version.

Please note that the Password algorithm was changed for the 16.00 
release. Your new password should have been emailed to the contact 
person for your account. If you need a new password, please contact 
support at winsim.com with your serial number for your new password if you 
are on MSS or a Usage agreement.

You may testdrive the new release by downloading it (140 MB) from our 
website and installing it. Run DESIGN II for Windows and a dialog will 
come up with your Computer ID and ask you for a Serial Number and 
Password. You can get a Serial Number and Password emailed to you from 
www.winsim.com/gen2wkps.html on a 24 hour a day, 7 days a week basis.
