[DesignII] new brochure for DESIGN II for Windows

We have updated the DESIGN II for Windows brochure ( 
www.winsim.com/media/diiw_brochure.pdf ) to update and add information 
about the latest release, version 16.0.

In addition to the various updates, we added pages 14 and 15 about the 
new Spreadsheet Unit Module and how it works with Microsoft Excel.
