[DesignII] Version 16.15 of DESIGN II for Windows

This email is to notify you that version 16.15 of DESIGN II for Windows 
is now available on our website at www.winsim.com/download.html .

The new features and fixes are:
1. Added calculation of Cricondenbar (max pressure) and Cricondentherm 
(max temperature) pressures and temperatures to all streams (optional), 
phase envelopes (always), and phase maps (always)
2. Updated the Phase Map (both unit module and stream option) to 
calculate the phase map on a water free basis. A water dew point line 
has been added to the main plot. The Cricondenbar and the Cricondentherm 
are added to the plot also.
3. Updated the Phase Envelope (both unit module and stream option) to 
calculate the phase envelope on a water free basis. A water dew point 
line has been added to the main plot. The Cricondenbar and the 
Cricondentherm are added to the plot also.
4. Significantly improved the calculation of dew points and bubble 
points above the critical pressure of the mixture
5. Added a validation rule that in order to use Predictive Peng-Robinson 
thermodynamics for a steam or equipment unit module, the flowsheet must 
use Predictive Peng-Robinson thermodynamics for all streams and equipments
6. Fixed a probem with the liquid height specification not being met 
with a single component mixture in the Tank unit module using vertical 
cylindrical tank
7. Fixed a problem in the Liquid 1 (hydrocarbon) / Liquid 2 (aqueous) 
flash separating two polar liquids (water and PEG)
8. Miscellaneous small enhancements and fixes (see release notes 
www.winsim.com/media/relnotes.html )

If you are on MSS or a Program Usage Agreement, then please download the 
new version.

Please note that the Password algorithm was changed for the 16.00 
release. Your new password should have been emailed to the contact 
person for your account. If you need a new password, please contact 
support at winsim.com with your serial number for your new password if you 
are on MSS or a Usage agreement.

You may testdrive the new release by downloading it (180 MB) from our 
website and installing it. Run DESIGN II for Windows and a dialog will 
come up with your Computer ID and ask you for a Serial Number and 
Password. You can get a Serial Number and Password emailed to you from 
www.winsim.com/gen2wkps.html on a 24 hour a day, 7 days a week basis.
