This winter you can enjoy luxury sailing at reasonable prices on one of the
Caribbean's most interesting waterways.

In flotilla (rent your own sailboat or catamaran) or rent a cabin on the
Admiral sailboat a Sun Odyssey 54DS (16.75m). This boat combines comfort and
performance. The boat is designed with 4 double cabins that can be modified
into single beds as required.

Flotilla

Rent a sailboat or catamaran and follow the Flag ship. You benefit from the
experience of the flotilla leader while assuming the command of your own
boat with your own crew.

Sailboats: from 34' to 50', prices from $1820 US / week
Catamarans: from 38' to 47', prices starting from $ 3150 US / week

Itinerary: 7 days from St-Vincent & the Grenadines

Day 1: boarding at Blue Lagoon Marina starting at (5PM)

Day 2: After breakfast, we depart for the Bath’s Cave. We’ll swim on the
reef nearby and into the cave.
Afternoon: Going to Bequai for the night

Day3: Site seeing in Bequia, relax on the beach, cocktail onboard, diner at
restaurant.

Day 4: Sailing to the beautiful Tobago Cays, there you can swim with the
turtle or snorkel on the beautiful and preserved reef. Don’t miss Petit
Tabac, where “Jack Sparrow” was abandoned with that gorgeous chick... 

Diner: lobster & fish dinner on the island prepared by the locals. Note:
there is a park tax of $10EC per day per person.

Day 6: Union. Island visit, cocktail at happy island, dinner at local
restaurant

Cabins Layout

This boat has double 4 cabins with private electric head & shower. All
cabins can be transformed.

Both stern cabins (1 & 2) are double bed cabins that can be converted into
single beds like on the drawing above.

Both aft cabins can be converted into a huge double cabin with queen size
bed as per below drawing.

For these charters, we limit to 6 passengers + skipper.

The front space is a storage area only and does not have a bed in it. It can
be used to store excess luggage, snorkeling equipment, sails, etc.

Onboard equipment

Kitchen: French presse, expresso & filter, micro-wave oven, gaz cooker and
oven, kitchen hood, freezer, fridge and cooler (10 cubic feet total),
toaster, blender, coocking hardware & dishes, BBQ etc.

Electricity: 12V CC et 110 VCA @ 60Hz (American/Canadian socket), Solar
Panel (420W).

Comfort: Fan, electric head, shower,& electric socket in each cabin. Deck
shower, swim ladder cockpit cushion, bimini & dodger.

Fun stuff: Snorkling equipment, dinghy for 8 PAX with 15hp outboard, fishing
equipment.

Security equipment: lift raft, safety jacket, harness, First aid kit, flares
etc.

Optional: Scuba diving equipment is available for rent at the marina. The
skipper is an experience diver and can guide you during your vacation.

Food

All breakfast are taking aboard

Lunch can be taken aboard or ashore depending of the itinerary.

Most diners will be taken ashore (restaurant) unless clients want to cook
aboard.

Crew are responsible for all the food & drinks. A contribution to a “kitty”
will be asked. Expect ± 200$/person.

Skipper is fed by the crew.

Crew

Crew: All crew are invited to actively participate. It’s a big boat and the
skipper will appreciate some help.

Skipper: Yves JULIEN is bilingual (French and English) and has more than 40
years of nautical experience including 25 years as a professional. He is the
founder of Affordable Yachting and the chief organizer of numerous flotillas
in the West Indies and the Mediterranean. He is also the author of the TV
series "Partons la Mer est Belle" which was broadcast on a travel channel in
Canada "Canal Évasion". He is also an experienced diver that can help you
scuba dive during your vacation.

Cost per cabin

$1000 USD/person double occupancy ($ 2000 per cabin).

Single person are accepted at an additional cost of 25% if they agree to
share a cabin aft or 50% if they want the exclusivity of a double cabin.
It is possible to rent the boat in exclusivity for the sum of $5000 USD.
It is also possible to rent exclusivity for more than 7 days (pro-rata of
the cost per week).
+ 50% for Christmas or New Year's Eve.

Travel costs to be expected
Food and drink (count ± $200/person)
Navigation tax $ 35 EC / person (± $ 13 usd)
Tobago Cays Park $ 10 EC / person / day (± $ 4 usd)

Taxi airport-marina-airport (round trip)
3 persons or less = $ 120 EC for the round-trip taxi ($ 46 usd)
4-6 people = $ 160 EC (± $ 62 usd)

Date

The cabin program begins at the end of November 2017
Guaranteed departure with a minimum of 2 persons.

Any other date during the year could be consider when renting the Flag Ship
exclusively.

Vols

Air Canada offers direct flights to St-Vincent from Toronto on Thursday. It
is also easy to get to St. Vincent from Barbados or Trinidad pretty much
every day of the week.
