[game_preservation] American Library Association's $1m budget to support games

I can't find anything on my notes or the current list of resources. I'll
try and email the organisation for a response.

However, does it really mention a library of game software? Looks to me
more a more simple premise of teaching librarians about games...or
something. Its a bit unclear.
