[game_preservation] Game disc wear questions

In either case, removing a disc protector that places like Blockbuster put
on discs will destroy the game. This is why it is best to leave the
protector on the disc. However, I don't know if disc protectors increase
longevity in the long run; I suspect they would decay sooner and therefore
damage the disc.
