[game_preservation] SIG Icon - Joystick and Belljar

Well, I think now I need to redo it so it fits better with a "thicker
rim" which does look better, especially at smaller sizes. The joystick
is okay, but if I extend the base a bit (and make it a bit more
"perspective accurate") and redo the top dome (so it's more "dome like")
the nob at the top can be added later anyway. A more rounded top and
better base can allow it to be there or not.

I'll see if I can do it tomorrow, thanks for the feedback.

Also; I got some information about the IGDA theme/logo. There is no
significance as far as the source said, and it was just something the
CMP's internal graphic designer came up with that got accepted by the
board. So there you go :)
