Yeah, I wish there was a good, journalled, cross-OS compatible 
filesystem for external drives/pendrives. I've got all of mine in NTFS 
with relevant system drivers installed on my Macbook, mainly because I 
primarily use Windows and Fat32 doesn't support large files and isn't 
very reliable (having seen the file table corrupted a few times 
essentially wiping that partition).
