[game_preservation] Collecting non-game software

The contributions page might have somewhere near-ish:

Almost every archive on there is non-game specific, and simply said
"We'll certainly listen if anyone has anything to offer" (and more so
for developer material which was the aim of the list). In fact some
really don't put an emphasis on videogame stuff at all.
