[game_preservation] Survey of Game Preservation Institutions

Henry,
I don't have information on the Stephen M. Cabrinety Collection, just the
Preserving Virtual Worlds Project, courtesy of Jerome McDonough.
I just sent an e-mail to Tom Wooley. I don't have James Newman's contact
information though.
