[game_preservation] Turning Machine

Was pretty impressive. I realise such a machine is not exactly game 
material (although no doubt you could program some simple tic-tac-toe 
pretty easily on it), but as a basis of how computers can or do work, 
it's nice to see the stuff from Turning's original papers actually be 
made and work. Very fun to watch it too, if you check the video at the 
bottom.
